All car show entries that are chosen will receive: * vehicle display area * participation package *2 event tickets * 2 Comp. Tickets to the after party (HYATT REGENCY DOWNTOWN CHICAGO)
* You do not have to be a part of a car club to register * You do not have to be in the competition to showcase your car
Registration now... $25 Event Day registration will be $50 (July 5th) hint register early first come first served basis ....pre registered vehicles have priority on spacing and location. Please do not bring more than one person during load in.
CARS ROLL IN SATURDAY July 5th Car roll in is on SATURDAY between 4am and 7am. You must be pre-registered and paid by JUlY 2nd. Failure to load in on SATURDAY between the 4am & 7am will result in disqualification & a loss of your registration fee.
BOOTH DISPLAY VEHICLES Cars going in an exhibitor booth, must roll in with your exhibit. All vehicles must have the gas cap taped off and the batteries must be disconnected. Please have your hood up & batteries disconnected for inspection by 8am. Failure to comply will result in disqualification and removal from show.
Display Area Your vehicle must stay inside the designated taped areas. Absolutely NO: * banners or displays around your vehicle (contact dime child if you wish to display banners) * outside food and beverage into halls. Any such items brought in will be confiscated and destroyed.
FUEL REQUIREMENTS All vehicles must have less than 1/8 of a tank of gas - the gas cap must be taped or locked.
Battery cables must be disconnected. Cars are not to be started on any show day at any time, under any circumstances.
EXIT The event is scheduled to end at 7pm. No cars will be admitted leave prior to 7pm. Once the public safely clears the venue, cars will be allowed to exit.
